After calling 3 numbers, I finally left a message and was given the same number. The msg says they were closed.

Inquire about a purchase made at Christmas. Purchased a mens bracelet as a gift.

I asked the person i gave it too why they werent wearing and he told me it wont stay on because clasp issue.

Item number is 53983. Want to know if i send it back .

I've called all the numbers and still get the recording saying they are closed.. The recording gives business hours. Yet they were closed.

Tried for an hour to get order thru frustrating and worked at the check out for more than an hour still not working out

I sent the ring back and have not got credit for it still getting bills for it .look not real did not like it

I ordered 2 birthday bracelets, 7" one pink tourmaline and one aquamarine however, I received white and dark blue and one 8"???

PLEASE send me prepaid RETURN LABEL so I may return and get a full refund on my payment???

Got a Beautiful wedding set that I was very pleased with, wore it for the first time at our National Women's conference, while on stage speaking the stone jumped out of my ring... What an extremely embarrassing moment! I sent it back, but I do believe that I should receive a big discount on my next order.

I really loved this item. It was my favorite of all my purchases.

It turned colors and the charms started to fall off.

I am very disappointed I have no problem with anything else just this bracelet. I thought it would stand up better than it did.

I found the package on my porch and opened it up to. Find nothing in the package but the thank you pamphlet.

Don't Buy from PALM BEACH JEWELRY. I purchased 2 rings from PALM BEACH JEWELRY through WALMART.

I had a beautiful looking 5 marquise fake diamond ring. I was wearing it and the biggest marquise fell out. I called customer service about it and the person told me to keep it and he would credit me. I asked if he wanted it back and he said no .

I still have the worthless

Ring. I also had a leaf design ring which I did send back. I only got credit for ONE RING. I even spent over $8.

Every time I called, which was 4, I was told something different. One guy said it was a delay refunding because of something to do with Walmart. I WAS TOLD BY 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE IN 2 SEPARATE PHONE CONVERSATIONS THAT I WOULD RECEIVE MY MONEY FFG OR THE 2ND RING WITHIN 48 HRS.

I am very patient. This has been ongoing since January.

This last time I called, the man argued with me about everything. He was VERY RUDE AND TOLD ME PRETTY MUCH THAT THE OTHERS DIDN'T SAY WHAT I TOLD HIM THEY SAID.

I HAVE BEEN IN SALES FOR 25 YEARS. THIS IS NOT HOW TO DO BUSINESS.

The Quick Return Label that was sent required that I pay the postage and they will not reimburse me for returning their defective products.

I will never place an order with this company again. they have such a poor rating with consumers,

The only way to talk to a person is if you want to order.

I HAVE CALLED AND EMAILED THE COMPANY REPEATEDLY OVER THE LAST DECADE REQUESTING A REFUND. I GOT THROUGH TO A WOMAN AND SHE AGREED TO SEND ME A VOUCHER, BUT THEY REFUSED TO HONOR IT AS VALID.

THEY HAVE REFERRED THIS UPSTAIRS.
