Inquire about a purchase made at Christmas. Purchased a mens bracelet as a gift. I asked the person i gave it too why they werent wearing and he told me it wont stay on because clasp issue. Item number is 53983. Want to know if i send it back .

Pay my bill

I've called all the numbers and still get the recording saying they are closed.. The recording gives business hours. Yet they were closed.

After calling 3 numbers, I finally left a message and was given the same number. The msg says they were closed.

To check the status of a returned

I ordered a ring and wore it twice when I noticed diamond missing. I had warranty so sent back. I called because dome time went by and I was supposed to be getting replacement. When I called to find out status on that replacement being shipped I was told on back order. My complaint was I should have been notified that it was on backorder but no correspondence was sent to me. That is certainly not good customer relations and if I wasn't happy with everything I have bought from you that would have turned me away and chosen some other company to purchase from.
