What is the status of my order number 60005****. When I finally tracked the phone number of this company and called them, they were full of sh_t.

Telling me that the product was sent out and it was undeliverable and post office had trashed it.

What a bologna!!!.

I requested for my money to be refunded. I am still waiting for my money.

Inquire about a purchase made at Christmas. Purchased a mens bracelet as a gift.

I asked the person i gave it too why they werent wearing and he told me it wont stay on because clasp issue.

To check the status of a returned

I ordered a ring and wore it twice when I noticed diamond missing. I had warranty so sent back.

I called because dome time went by and I was supposed to be getting replacement. When I called to find out status on that replacement being shipped I was told on back order. My complaint was I should have been notified that it was on backorder but no correspondence was sent to me. That is certainly not good customer relations and if I wasn't happy with everything I have bought from you that would have turned me away and chosen some other company to purchase from.

It turned colors and the charms started to fall off.

I am very disappointed Sad I have no problem with anything else just this bracelet. I thought it would stand up better than it did.

Don't Buy from PALM BEACH JEWELRY. I purchased 2 rings from PALM BEACH JEWELRY through WALMART.

I had a beautiful looking 5 marquise fake diamond ring. I was wearing it and the biggest marquise fell out. I called customer service about it and the person told me to keep it and he would credit me. I asked if he wanted it back and he said no .

I still have the worthless

Ring. I also had a leaf design ring which I did send back. I only got credit for ONE RING. I even spent over $8.

To send ring back.

Every time I called, which was 4, I was told something different. One guy said it was a delay refunding because of something to do with Walmart. I WAS TOLD BY 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE IN 2 SEPARATE PHONE CONVERSATIONS THAT I WOULD RECEIVE MY MONEY FFG OR THE 2ND RING WITHIN 48 HRS.

I am very patient. This has been ongoing since January.

This last time I called, the man argued with me about everything. He was VERY RUDE AND TOLD ME PRETTY MUCH THAT THE OTHERS DIDN'T SAY WHAT I TOLD HIM THEY SAID.

I HAVE BEEN IN SALES FOR 25 YEARS. THIS IS NOT HOW TO DO BUSINESS.
